Chez Francois Fine Cuisine

Chez Francois’ gourmet breakfast is a Canmore institution, well known for its traditional and extremely popular eggs Benedict with Chef Jean-Francois’ homemade hollandaise sauce. Dinners are equally loved, with each entree served in a bouquetiere of five fresh vegetables with either a potato or rice pilaf. Chef Jean-Francois makes his own sauces and soup stocks, and ice creams with seasonal fruits.
