Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive mid-afternoon at Entrance Ranch, settle in to the 2-bedroom log cabin or the unique eco-lodge specially constructed on the Ranch.
Meet in the evening for an informal briefing on trip and introduction to your mushing guides.
Dinner and overnight accommodation at the Entrance Ranch.
Day 2
Breakfast at the Entrance Ranch.
Pack up personal belongings and dog sleds.
Mush your team along the Mountain Shadow Trail to the West Range cabins (30 km).
Lunch will be provided along the trail.
Dinner and overnight accommodation at West Range.
Day 3
Breakfast at West Range.
Pack up personal belongings, load the sleds and mush your team north on the Mountain Shadow Trail to Rocky Mountain Escape (30 km).
Lunch will be provided along the trail.
Dinner and overnight accommodation at the 'Escape.
Day 4
Breakfast at the 'Escape.
Pack up personal belongings after breakfast for transportation to participant vehicles.
