Welcome to the Holiday On Horseback Application
To ensure your requested dates are properly set aside for you, please be sure to follow the directions carefully.

Step 1: Choose your Holiday! Please review the Holidays available to you. Each holiday has a special code called a trip number located in the departures table for each trip. You will need this trip number in order to identify the trip you would like to reserve for.

Step 2: Please read the Terms and Conditions! In order to ensure a smooth and organized holiday for everyone, certain terms and conditions have been implemented. Please review the Terms and Conditions Page before submitting your application.

Step 3: Fill Out the Information Forms! In order to properly plan for each trip, Warner Guiding needs to know the Height, Weight, Age, as well as the Experience level of each person attending. Space has been provided for you to enter this Information.

Step 4: Calculate your Deposit! Each backcountry trip requires a non-refundable deposit for each person attending. The deposit is $100.00 CDN (Approximately $73.00US) for each person attending. When booking on the Adventure Expiditions, a $400.00CDN (Approximately $300.00 US) deposit for each person is required. There are no deposits required for in town rides.

Step 5: Payment! We will not be accepting any payments on line. Once your application has been recieved, it will be reviewed. If your application is approved, we will contact you to arrange payment. When making your payment (deposit/final) we accept Personal and Travellers Cheques, Visa, American Express, Master Card, Diner's Club, or even Cash. To be fair to our U.S. clients, we will extend the same U.S. cash selling price the bank gives us the day we receive your payment. The exchange will be credited to your trip account. Your balance is due the morning you check in for yor ride. Note to the American Traveller: at the time of creation of this page, U.S. currency was valued approximately 33% higher than Canadian - a definate advantage for you!

Be sure to make a reservation at least one day before your trip.
